    Spring Dash

    The beautiful 5-mile route starts in Downtown Coeur d’Alene, winds through the Sanders Beach neighborhood and lakeside along the Centennial Trail to Potlatch Hill. The return route is the reverse with the finish line and awards at the McEuen Park Pavilion.

    Grace Race

    Welcome to the Grace Race 2017! We’re running together in support of Christian education. We look forward to seeing you on race day Sunday, April 30, 2017 at 8 AM for check in at Higgins Point! The race begins at 9 AM.

    Coeur d'Alene Marathon/Half Marathon/ 5k

    The Coeur d'Alene Marathon, Half Marathon, and 5k fun run offers one of the most spectacular events in the country. At an elevation of 2200 feet above sea level, the resort community of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, resting on the shores of spectacular Lake Coeur d'Alene, welcomes visitors to a plethora of vacation and recreational activities.

    An Evening with Dick Hoyt

    Come join us at the beautiful Hagadone Event Center for an evening you won't forget. Dick Hoyt, legendary Ironman Hall of Fame athlete and co-founder of Team Hoyt will be the guest of honor for a social hour and motivational speech. Mr. Hoyt shares the story of Team Hoyt and disabled son Rick's struggles and triumphs to leading an independent an exciting life as a sports hero. Hors d'oeuvres and a Silent Auction precede the speech.

    Hayden Triathlon

    The City of Hayden is proud to host the Hayden Triathlon. This is a SPRINT triathlon: 0.5 Mile Swim, 12 Mile Bike, 3.1 Mile Run. USAT Sanctioned. Time Chips. The race venue features breathtaking scenery, with a challenging but friendly course.

    CDA 5K Summer Series #1

    The 1st annual CDA 5K Summer Series for the Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer takes place along the North Idaho Centennial Trail with views of the Spokane River. There are three separate 5k races held on July 13, July 20, and July 27. Come out for one race or do all three! It starts at NIC college and goes out 1.5 miles to the turn around and back to NIC for the finish. This flat fast course will have you reaching that PR you've been working for all season. Or you can bring the whole family and enjoy a fun family night with a little run/walk on the night's agenda. Don't forget to take in the sights of the river and view the interpretive signs along the course that remind us of the pristine water we drink every day from the Rathdrum Prairie Aquifer. Be one of the first 100 to register for all three 5k race to receive a race t-shirt. All finishers of each race receive a custom race bracelet and receive a virtual race bag.

    Race the River Tri

    Race the River is a sprint-distance triathlon that takes place in beau­ti­ful Coeur d’Alene Idaho. It starts with a 0.5 mile swim curv­ing to the right with the mild cur­rent of the Spokane River, just as it leaves crys­tal clear Lake Coeur d’Alene. Ath­letes tran­si­tion onto their bikes through the mod­ern North Idaho Col­lege cam­pus and nav­i­gate an excit­ing 15+ mile bike course. Exit­ing tran­si­tion, run­ners take to the Cen­ten­nial Trail for a 3.01 mile out and back run along the banks of the Spokane River.

    Coeur d'Alene Triathlon

    Celebrating thirty-four successful years, it is one of the most scenic races in the Northwest! It starts with a swim in beautiful Lake Coeur d’Alene, while the bike course takes you along Coeur d’Alene Lake Drive, with a scenic route for the Tri athletes that leads to the challenging, uphill Mullan Trail Road. Finish your race with a run along Northwest Boulevard and the Spokane River, ending triumphantly at the finish line back at the Coeur d’Alene City Park.

    Monster Mash Dash 5k

    Lace up your running shoes and choose your costume, Beating Heart Entertainment is happy to announce the inaugural Monster Mash Dash 5k! The Monster Mash Dash 5k provides friends and family of all fitness levels the unique opportunity to run or walk through beautiful downtown Coeur d' Alene in their craziest and most creative Halloween costumes. The course guides runners 5 Kilometers (roughly 3 miles) along the Centennial Trail and ends at the Avista Pavilion in McEuen Park. Competitive runners will be timed by Nomadz Racing Co. Sign up your kids for the 2.5K Halloween Costume Kids Run! After crossing the finish line race participants can enjoy music and refreshments in the park. Children can enjoys trick or treating and games at the Monster Mash Dash Kids Fall Festival. Adults are welcome to join the Monster Mash Dash post race pub crawl on Sherman Avenue! The event benefits Specialized Needs Recreation!

Our goal is to reach out to anyone with a disability and their families and encourage them to come out and run with us! We'll help you get started together or we'll pair a rider athlete with a volunteer runner athlete and get you out and running.
We're here to enjoy the outdoors, have some fun, make some new friends and share some smiles. Come join us! Together we're AMAZING!!
