This event is for everyone who wants to get a little exercise! The 5K course is 3.1 mile running route that takes you along the beautiful shores of Cda Lake out toward North Idaho College and back. The 5K will be starting and finishing at McEuen Park next to the pavilion. This is a FUN 5K meaning we won't be timing the run. There will be one aid station along the course at the turn around spot near NIC. There will also be an obstacle course with a wave for special needs participants.
