Join us for our Post Falls Sprint Triathlon and Duathlon at Q'emiln Park, 8/2/2020 at 7:00am. The Race consists of a .5km swim, 19km bike ride, and 5km run. Chip timing provided, snacks and an award ceremony will follow the race.
